Glad I didn't read the reviews first lol or else we probably wouldn't have gone! That being said it was fun of course. But I will agree the pizza sucks. We ordered a large half ham and half pineapple. For some reason that was apparently REALLY complicated 30 -45 minutes later the first one came out half pineapple and half cheese. After I pointed it out to the lady, she said she would make us a medium which I felt was perfectly acceptable since the kids had started eating the pineapple half and all we really wanted was the ham half. Well about 45 minutes later she brought out the pizza....it was pineapple and ham on the entire pizza I gave up! Lol it had already been over 90 minutes. Kids were not patient at all. But I still gave 3 stars because the salad bar was awesome! And who really goes to Chuck e cheese for food anyways lol I read other reviews that said half the games didn't work, etc. That wasn't the case for us tonight. Pretty sure the kids played almost every single game! :)
ETA- I do think it's pretty fudged up that they play on the tv system this entire countdown to a LIVE Chuck e cheese coming out to perform. The entire build up for about 10 MINUTES and then NOTHING! NO LIVE SHOW. That was an awesome ball of disappointment to see on my son's face. We sat right up next to the stage since its my son's favorite part (the live show) HUGE letdown for him! Nothing like building up a kids dreams then smashing them for that... -

We had my daughters birthday party at Chuck E. Cheese on a Saturday at 3:00pm. We arrived 30 minutes early to check in for our party [recommended of course] we waited at the door to get my families hands stamp [great safety security function]. After we got stamped we proceeded to check in for our party. They did only have 2 people checking in/cashiers which I felt 1 or 2 more would have been a good idea on a busy Saturday. We checked in and were informed where our party would take place and that our server would meet us shortly.
Our server Dana greeted us within 5 minutes and went over our party package and additional food request. The building was pretty crowded when we arrived but luckily when we set out to play, there were not as many people in the play area [score]. We requested our food come out at 330pm and our server made sure it was on time! She kept in contact with me throughout the whole party and kept checking on us. Even found me on the play floor to inform me of the signing celebration.
We purchased the $15.99 package that included pizza, unlimited drinks [in cute souvenir cup], dippin dots ice cream, a goodie bag [didn't include candy, just novelties], and a 2 hour unlimited play card. I do wish we would have been informed that we could pause our time cards, our time ran while we ate and did the cake.
Play floor - Their was a good variety of games, we came across maybe 2 games that were down. Lots and lots of tickets were won BUT the price counter was pretty expensive. Now I understand why it was 2 hours unlimited. We had 1,600 tickets and got a slinky, 2 lollipops, 8 mini airheads, stickers and a little novelty toy. Glade the kids had fun winning the tickets, but my 8 & 9 year old were kinda bummed they didn't get as many prizes as they would have at lets say Dave & Busters with 1,600 tickets.
Chuck E. - It was nice that Chuck E. Came out to sing for the birthday celebration but it was a bummer that the classic Chuck E. On stage playing in the band was no more. Loved that when I was younger.
Over all, we had a great experience all for a great price. We spent less than $400 on 4 pizzas, wing platter, sandwich platter, veggie platter, sample platter, 1/2 sheet cake, 8 party packages, 4 fountain drinks, goodie bags, digital invitations, dippin dots and paper goods. -

Clean facility, nice employees. Pepperoni pizza took a bit long to make. The young kid at the entrance was awesome with the kids with his handshakes.

I'm not delusional I know Chuck E. Cheese is no high end restaurant by far, but was in awe that the manager let them run out of pepperoni.
